KANSAS CITY, Kan. – August 30, 2024 – MARSHALLTOWN, recognized for supplying high-quality tools and products to major brands including Lowe’s and Home Depot, announced its plans to open a new distribution facility. The family-owned manufacturing company is locating its new facility in Scannell Properties’ 435 Logistics Park in Kansas City, Kansas.

The 200,000-square-foot distribution center is expected to create 40 new jobs, representing a capital investment of $27 million.
